Directions
1. Add the oats to the coconut milk and allow to soften for a few minutes.
2. Add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp honey if needed
- 1 handful (1cup/1oz/30g) spinach
- 1 medium banana
- 1⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
